Filing a notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, email dmca@echoesoflife.app with:

• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The URL or precise location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same details above and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
